Machado Meyer and Lefosse on Vitru Brasil issuance
Machado Meyer advised the issuer Vitru Brasil and Lefosse has acted as advisor for Banco Santander (Brasil) as lead underwriter on the 2nd issuance of non-convertible debentures of Vitru Brasil Empreendimentos, Participações e Comércio, in the total amount of BRL 190 million, in single series, for public offering, pursuant to CVM 160, as amended, among other applicable laws and regulations.
