Two firms advises on issuance of Banco GM
Machado Meyer acted as the issuer’s legal adviser and Monteiro Rusu advised the underwriters on the public offering, pursuant to CVM 8, of 10,000 unsecured financial bills, without subordination, in two series in the total amount of R$500 million issued by Banco GM under its 9th issuance, which was carried out by Banco Bradesco BBI (leader), Banco Santander (Brasil) and Banco Crédit Agricole Brasil.
