Machado Meyer and Mattos filho on issuance of letras financeiras
Machado Meyer advised the issuer of the 2nd issuance of letras financeiras by Banco De Lage Landen Brasil, in the total amount of R$800 million. Mattos Filho advised Banco Rabobank International Brasil and Banco Itaú BBA.
The Letras Financeiras were subject to public distribution not subject to registration, pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 8, of December 27, 2021, as amended, under the best placement efforts regime.
