Machado Meyer advised Atacadão and Pinheiro Neto advised the underwriters on the public offering for the distribution of 930,000 certificates of agribusiness receivables, in 3 series (CRA), of the 86th issue of Vert Companhia Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 930 million.
