Machado Meyer and Pinheiro Neto act in investment by LNRS in Quod
Machado Meyer assisted LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) in all of the steps related to its investment in Gestora de Inteligência de Crédito (Quod). wich was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
The transaction involved an equity investment by LNRS in Quod.
With the transaction, subject to customary consents and regulatory approval, LNRS will join the group of Quod shareholders and have representation on Quod’s Board of Directors alongside the five founding banks, which will maintain their position as Quod’s controlling shareholders.
The transaction value was R$ 420 million.
