Machado Meyer and VBSO act in issuance of Ouro Verde Locação
Machado Meyer advised Ouro Verde Locação e Serviços in its 11th issue of simple, non-convertible debentures, in a single series for public distribution, in accordance with CVM Instruction 476.
VBSO Advogados advised Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco Safra on this transaction.
The value of the transaction was R$350 million.
