Pinheiro Neto and Stocche Forbes on issuance of CRA by Eco Securitizadora
The deal consists in the public offering of the 1st and 2nd series of the 173th issue of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates – CRA by the Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios on the total amount of BRL 250 million.
The CRA are backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by São Salvador Alimentos (debtor) represented by the CPRs issued by the debtor.
XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários was leader coordinator and Banco Bradesco BBI and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários was coordinators.
The funds obtained with the subscription and payment of the Agribusiness Receivables Certificates will be used by the issuer to pay the expenses of the issuance and the purchase price from the debtor, under the terms of the CPRs. The funds obtained by the debtor due to the payment of the CPRs will be used entirely and exclusively to finance its activities in agribusiness. This is the second issuance of CRA involving the debtor.
