Machado Meyer and Veirano act in the issuance of Indigo PareBem
Machado Meyer advised the issuer Administradora Geral de Estacionamentos and Veirano Advogados advised the underwriter Banco Votorantim on the public offering of the 2nd issuance of debentures of Administradora Geral de Estacionamentos (Indigo PareBem), in the total amount of BRL 100 million.
Indigo is a French group with global operations, whose main shareholders are Crédit Agricole Assurances and the French investment company Vauban Infrastructure Partners. PareBem operates around 150 parking lots in Brazil, while Indigo Brasil is responsible for approximately 200. In August 2022, the Indigo and PareBem groups combined their businesses and the resulting new group now operates around 370 parking lots in Brazil.
The main operations of the Indigo PareBem group are currently at Guarulhos International Airport (GRU Airport), Parques do Ibirapuera and Villa Lobos in São Paulo, Neo Química Arena (Corinthian Football Stadium), universities PUC-RS, Mackenzie, Ulbra and Feevale, the Sírio-Libanes, Albert Einstein, Oswaldo Cruz and Mãe de Deus hospitals, in addition to several shopping centers in the country.
This is the second public offering of Indigo PareBem in the local market, and the proceeds will be used to cash reinforcement and debt refinancing.
