Machado Meyer and Veirano advise on Mercado Credito issue

Machado Meyer advised the issuer; Veirano Advogados advised the underwriters on the public offering of the 2nd issuance of letras financeiras of Mercado Crédito Sociedade de Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento, in two tranches, in the total amount of BRL 1 billion.

Banco Itaú BBA and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as underwriters.
