Machado Meyer assists in acquisition of Austa shares by DF Empreendimentos Hospitalares
Machado Meyer Advogados assisted Hospital Care Caledônia in the acquisition by DF Empreendimentos Hospitalares e Participações of all the shares of Austa Participações, owned by Hospital Care Caledônia, representing, as of today’s date, 96.45% of the total share capital and voting rights of Austa Participações.
Matter Boettcher Zanini & Souza Advogados also participated in this transaction, closed on 2 July.
The advice involved assistance in the drafting and negotiation of the Share Purchase Agreement.
This transaction strengthens Austa Participações’ position in the hospital and healthcare sector.
