Machado Meyer assists Omega in its debenture issue

Machado Meyer assisted Omega Desenvolvimento in the 1st issue of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, secured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in two series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, according to the CVM 476, of Omega Desenvolvimento.
The transaction value was BRL 650 million.
