Machado Meyer assists underwriters on issuance of Olfar
Machado Meyer assisted the underwriters in the public offering of four hundred thousand CRA’a (agribusiness receivables certificates), in 2 (two) series, of the 158th issue of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, in the total amount of R$400 million, backed by agribusiness credit rights represented by simple debentures, not convertible into shares, guaranteed by collateral, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in two series, for private placement, of the 2nd issue of Olfar – Alimento e Energia.
