Pinheiro Neto on the voluntary tender offer for BR Properties
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted on the voluntary tender offer for up to 100% of BR Properties shares and capital reduction to be paid partly in cash in the amount of BRL 1,276,000,000 and partly in quotas from the BRPR FII.
Pinheiro Neto advised THB JV SARL, limited partner of GP Capital Partners VI, LP with 96.83% equity stake. The firm relied on corporate partners Carlos A. Lima (pictured left) and Cauê Myanaki (pictured center), and tax partner Giancarlo Matarazzo (pictured right), and associates Jessica Yuri Tabata, Alessandro Giacaglia and Lawson Miralha – corporate, Guilherme Kawall Barros – tax.
