Machado Meyer Advogados assisted Warburg Pincus LLC in an investment in Sólides Tecnologia S.A., through its indirect controlling shareholder Solides Ltd. Sólides Tecnologia S.A. develops software for the Human Resources area with focus on small and medium size companies.
The transation value was R$ 521.819.134,33.
Solides is a technology company focused on the human resources management and talent retention sector, and such investment should have a significant impact on the sector and on the target’s attraction of new clients.
Solides currently has a portfolio of approximately 12,000 clients in a market of more than 700,000 small and medium-sized companies.
