Machado Meyer act as deal counsel of Administradora Geral de Estacionamentos, Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Santander (Brasil) on the 1st issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, with additional guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted efforts, by Administradora Geral de Estacionamentos.
