Machado Meyer on issue of book-entry commercial notes by Sinart
Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel advising on the 1st issue of book-entry commercial notes, in a single series, for public distribution, under the automatic distribution registration rite, by Sinart Sociedade Nacional de Apoio Rodoviário e Turístico, under CVM 160, exclusively for professional investors, in the total amount of BRL 65 million.
The net funds raised by the issuer, through the commercial paper notes, will be used to pay off in full existing debts and investments in the works of the NTRS – Novo Terminal Rodoviário de Salvador (New Salvador Bus Terminal).
