Madrona advises MAG on BRL 210m FIC FIDC deal

Madrona Advogados has acted as deal counsel in the structuring and public offering of the MAG 5Y Fundo de Investimento em Cotas de Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Responsabilidade Limitada, a fund of funds investing primarily in quotas of receivables investment funds (FIC FIDC), in a transaction valued at BRL 210 million.

The firm advised MAG Ativos Estruturados, acting as Investment Manager, together with BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros, which served as Fiduciary Administrator and Lead Underwriter, and EQI Investimentos, which participated as Special Participant in the Offering. The mandate covered the formation of the fund and the structuring of the public offering of quotas corresponding to its first issuance.
