Pinheiro Neto advises on Qualidados sale

Grupo GPS, through its subsidiary Top Service Serviços e Sistemas, has entered into an agreement to acquire an 80% equity interest in Qualidados Consultoria e Sistemas, a Brazilian company specializing in engineering consulting, project management and supervision, and industrial shutdown management. The transaction includes a call/put option covering the remaining 20% of the target. The close of the deal remains subject to customary conditions precedent, including antitrust clearance in Brazil. The transaction value has not been disclosed.

The target company and its founding partners were advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados, with a team led by Carlos Lima Junior, partner, together with associates Gerson Durant Gomes, Caio Sandes Lourenço Miguel, and Alexandre Magri Trevine.

VGL Fusões & Aquisições also advised the target and sellers, with the team composed of partners Thierry Van Nieuwenhove, and Arthur Valle Salles, and Giuliano Lodi, Aasociate.
