Madrona advises Valora on CRA deal
Madrona Advogados advised Valora Gestão de Investimentos in connection with the 27th issuance of certificates of agribusiness receivables (CRA) by Travessia Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 25,500,000. The transaction is backed by agribusiness receivables owed by Fabio Ruediger and secured by real estate and surety collaterals.
The scope of Madrona’s mandate covered the drafting and negotiation of all transaction documents, as well as the corresponding public offering of the securities.
Other parties to the transaction included Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Fabio Ruediger, Larissa Renovato Ruediger, and Margarida Veronica Ruediger.
