Madrona Advogados hires Fábio Rosas as partner
Madrona Advogados has welcomed Fábio Rosas as a partner in its Restructuring and Insolvency Practice, the firm announced. The move brings more than three decades of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency to the São Paulo-based firm, covering judicial and out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A transactions, corporate mediation and multijurisdictional negotiations involving business groups, creditors and domestic and international investors across several industries.
Before joining Madrona Advogados, Fábio Rosas spent several years as a restructuring and insolvency partner at other law firms in Brazil, where he built a track record in complex corporate transactions, cross-border negotiations and restructuring matters in the local market.
Fábio Rosas sits on the Board of Directors of the International Insolvency Institute (III) and its Latin America Committee, is a member of LATAMAC (Latin America Advisory Council) of INSOL International, and serves on the Board of Directors of TMA Brasil. He has authored several technical articles on judicial reorganization and corporate insolvency published in Brazil and abroad, holds a master’s degree in Philosophy and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Law at PUC-SP.
