Madrona e T&C na aquisição da Águas do Sertão pela Conasa
Madrona Advogados assisted Allonda Ambiental Saneamento, in the sale of 50% of the representative shares of Águas do Sertão to Conasa Infraestrutura, represented by Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown.
With the transaction worth BRL 290 million, Conasa now owns the totality of the shares.
