Tedde Advogados has announced the arrival of Flávio Brilhante (pictured) to its team of partners. The lawyer’s work is focused on Contractual and Civil Procedural Law, with extensive experience in the area of strategic civil litigation, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, with emphasis on the real estate market, in addition to acting in the regularization of properties and registration of real estate developments.
Born in Fortaleza (CE), Flávio has more than ten years of experience in the legal market, working in renowned law firms and as a professor of Civil Procedural Law, Civil Law and Real Estate Law in several educational institutions. He arrives at Tedde Advogados to share his vast professional experience and add strength to the modern and effective legal services that the firm offers to its clients.
Flávio’s academic curriculum — which is associated with the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (IBRADIM) — is extensive: he graduated in Law from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), he is a Legal Layer Master (LL.M) in Corporate Law from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Market (IBMEC) and a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law in Private Relations from the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR). In addition, the lawyer specializes in Real Estate Law from Unifametro and has an MBA in Leadership and Business Management from Saint Paul.
