Madrona Fialho act on FII Multiestratégia Santa Catarina FII issue

Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Euqueroinvestir Gestão de Recursos and F2 Partners Gestora de Recursos, in their capacity as managers, and BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, in its capacity as fund’s manager and lead underwriter, on the establishment of the Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Multiestratégia Santa Catarina – FII, as well as on the preparation of any related legal documents.

The public offering of quotas of the Fund’s 1st (first) issuance amounts a total of BRL 200 million.
