Madrona Fialho advises on Bradesco’s acquisition of TDS Informática
Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Banco Bradesco, through the group’s investment holding, acquires TDS Informática, a reference company in technological platform for the banking correspondent market and one of the main technology suppliers of Bradesco Expresso, the Bank’s business unit that manages 41.000 banking correspondents in all regions of Brazil.
Founded in 1996, TDS Informática operates in the correspondent banking market, consulting registration information and selling products by POS terminals. Its terminals are installed in 93% of Brazilian municipalities.
The acquisition is in line with Bradesco’s objectives to continue expanding Bradesco Expresso’s network, an operation with a variable cost structure. The transaction is expected to create operational efficiencies and increase the Bank’s agility in launching products and services in the B2B relationship. TDS will continue to operate in the market independently. The transaction value is confidential.
