Madrona Fialho and Cescon Barrieu on Transmissora Aliança issue
Madrona Fialho and Cescon Barrieu advised on the 17th issuance of non-convertible debentures, for public offering by Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica, pursuant to CVM 160.
The offering was intermediated by Banco Santander (Brasil), Banco Votorantim and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários. The proceeds from the offering, which totaled BRL 650 million, will be used exclusively for investment and/or reimbursement related to certain projects operated by the issuer.
