Madrona Fialho assists Hapvida in a sale and lease back operation
Madrona Fialho Advogados assisted Hapvida Participações e Investimentos in a sale and lease back operation of 10 (ten) real properties owned by the company’s subsidiaries.
The transaction totalled the amount of BRL 1,250,000,000.00 with an investment vehicle from the Pinheiro Family (LPAR), Hapvida’s parent company.
The purpose of the sale and lease back is the sale of certain properties with consequent leasing by the Hapvida’s subsidiaries, for a period of 20 years, to be used in the provision of medical and hospital services (general assistance) by the company’s subsidiaries.
