Madrona reinforces team with the arrival of two more partners

Madrona Advogados reinforced team with two new partners: Rodrigo Barata (pictured left) joined infrastructure and Roberto Pary (pictured right) joined Corporate and M&A.

Rodrigo Barata, former Director of “Transportation Agency of the State of São Paulo” (ARTESP), returns this time, alongside Rodrigo Machado, responsible for the Infrastructure area. Roberto Pary, with extensive participation in M&A processes, joins the Corporate team.

In his second arrival to Madrona Advogados, Rodrigo Barata brings the expertise of the dynamics of public agencies, with a contemporary view on the development of the Brazilian infrastructure sector. The lawyer will contribute to the evolution of cases linked to the industry and peculiarities of the sector.

Roberto Pary, on the other hand, has been operating in the transactional law market for more than 20 years. For more than 10 years, he also worked in the area of M&A and Corporate Law at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados and for more than 9 years, in the same area, at Lefosse Advogados. The lawyer was also head of the M&A and Corporate Law area at Marcelo Tostes Advogados, and legal director of the Brazil Division of The Coca-Cola Company, for two years.
