PAGBAM re-elects its Executive Committee
In accordance with the provisions of the by-laws of Estudio Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM), the Partners’ Meeting has decided to re-elect partners Guillermo E. Quiñoa (pictured left), P. Eugenio Aramburu (pictured centre) and Luis D. Barry (pictured right) to continue as members of the Executive Committee of the firm.
These positions will be held for a new two-year term. For his part, founding partner Jorge L. Pérez Alati will maintain his position as chairman of the firm.
The Executive Committee of PAGBAM is in charge of the general management of the firm. The continuity of its members consolidates the growth and expansion of the firm.
In addition to the Executive Committee’s responsibility for the administration of PAGBAM, the firm has long established a number of committees to assist in the strategy and management of the firm.
Founded in 1991, PAGBAM provides comprehensive and coordinated legal advice to local and international companies and organisations through its offices in Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, New York and an associated office in Neuquén.
