Maneira advises on the sale of Croma-Pharma’s parent company
Maneira Advogados advised Croma-Pharma on the sale of its Brazilian subsidiary to Megalabs, in a strategic transaction that also involved the granting of distribution rights for aesthetic products in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Croma-Pharma is an Austrian company focused on the minimally invasive aesthetic treatment market, leader in the European industrial production of hyaluronic acid syringes, with a large international presence, including the markets of the United States, Canada, China, Australia and New Zealand.
The transaction was advised by partner Eduardo Caixeta Menezes (pictured) and associate Bruno Campos, from the Corporate Law and M&A team at Maneira Advogados – ECIJA Associate.
