Marchini, Botelho e Caselta Advogados has a new nominal partner
Marchini, Botelho, Caselta Advogados, announced Martim Della Valle (pictured)as a nominal partner of the firm, which is now called Marchini, Botelho, Caselta, Della Valle Advogados.
The change crowns the leadership of Della Valle, who works as a partner at the firm and drives the growth of the Arbitration, Strategic Litigation and Compliance areas.
Della Valle is also a professor and member of the Academic Council of the International Anti-Corruption Academy, an international organization based in Vienna, he previously held the position of Vice-President of a large multinational in Belgium, having been the global head of litigation, competition and compliance, and has worked for major international and national law firms, in addition to having founded a technology company – the change marks a chapter of expansion.
