Merger of law firms gives rise to Paiva, Bianco, Borba Advogados

Partners Rogério Paiva (pictured left), Fábio Bianco (pictured center) and Eneas Neto (pictured right) decided to combine their vast legal expertise to form Paiva, Bianco, Borba Advogados. Headquartered in Marília (SP) and with offices in São Paulo (SP), Campinas (SP) and Brasília (DF), the firm works in various areas of law and its practice is guided by aspects such as transparency, high performance and optimization of results.

The merger that gave rise to the firm was motivated by the belief that, together, the partners could not only improve the standard of client service, but also preserve the tradition of excellence and innovation that they already practiced individually – now in a more robust and structured way.

Rogério has a solid career of more than 25 years as a tax lawyer, with specializations from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT) and the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), two of the most renowned institutions in the field. Throughout his career, he has accumulated vast experience in managing tax liabilities, conducting highly complex strategic planning that has resulted in significant results, including through tax transactions.

Fábio specializes in Tax and Business Law at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), in Civil Procedure at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and completed his LL.M in Appeals before the Higher Courts at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP). With more than two decades of experience focused on business law, he has built a solid career working on major judicial recovery processes, advising on strategic M&A operations and leading the coordination of legal departments in large companies.

Finally, Eneas brings more than 15 years’ experience in handling complex disputes, with extensive experience in civil and family law matters. A specialist in Civil Procedural Law from IDP, he has developed solid expertise over the years, combining technical knowledge and legal strategy to achieve effective results in challenging cases.

With a comprehensive portfolio of services and a legal practice that values building strong and lasting relationships with clients, partners and collaborators, Paiva, Borba, Bianco Advogados has positioned itself in the market as a versatile and strategic firm that is able to meet the diverse needs of an increasingly dynamic and demanding legal market.
