Marval acts in issuance of Waynimóvil VI
Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor, this time in the issuance of the sixth series of trust securities corresponding to the Waynimóvil financial trust.
The amount of the issue totalled V/N ARS 1,459,562,223 and is part of the Waynimóvil Global Trust Securities Programme, which securitises 100% digital loans. The issue was made on 12 August 2024 and included Class A trust debt securities for V/N ARS 814,377,842, Class B trust debt securities for V/N ARS 240,009,730, Class C trust debt securities for V/N ARS 55,174,651 and Certificates of Participation for V/N ARS 350,000,000.
Waynicoin acted as trustee, trustee, administrator and collection agent; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización acted as trustee, arranger, placement agent and full settlement and clearing agent; Worcap as arranger; and Stonex Securities as placement agent.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities, which are traded on the Electronic Open Market and listed on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets.
Under the same structure used in the previous issue, the trust assets in Waynimóvil consist of loans granted in a 100% digital way through the execution of private instruments subscribed by electronic signature, through Waynimóvil’s electronic platform.
