Bruchou advises Bentia Energy on acquisition of YPF cluster
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised on the structuring of Bentia Energy and its subsequent acquisition of the “Neuquén Norte” Cluster within the framework of the “Andes Project” competitive process launched by YPF for the sale of its mature fields.
Bentia Energy, a company led by Javier Iguacel together with Lucas Logaldo and Lisandro Garmendia of TB Cargo, won among multiple bidders to acquire and operate together with Ingeniería SIMA the “Neuquén Norte” Cluster. The acquired Cluster comprises the conventional exploitation concessions “Señal Cerro Bayo”, “Volcán Auca Mahuida”, “Don Ruíz” and “Las Manadas”; areas of significant oil and gas production.
Agustina Morán acted as in-house counsel to Bentia Energy.
