Skadden represents BTG Pactual Chile in first Notes issue

Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has represented Banco PTG Pactual Chile in its first issuance of notes under its medium-term note programme. The issuance consisted of a US$40 million offering of senior notes due 2029.

Banco BTG Pactual Chile will use the net proceeds of this offering to finance or refinance eligible green and social projects in accordance with the criteria set forth in Banco BTG Pactual’s Green, Social and Sustainable Financing Framework.
