Marval acts in new issue of Unicred trust securities
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has acted in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the financial trust “Unicred Factoring Series XXI” for an amount of up to V/N ARS $1,180,540,032.
The issue was made on 29 September, under the “Fideicomisos Financieros Unicred Asset Backed Securities” programme, and included class A trust debt securities for V/N ARS 824,016,000 (VDFA), class B trust debt securities for V/N ARS 63,749,000 (VDFB) and certificates of participation for V/N ARS 292,775,032 (CP).
Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Limitada acted as trustee and administrator; TMF Trust Company (Argentina), as trustee; AdCap Securities Argentina, as arranger and underwriter; while Banco Supervielle, Industrial Valores, Allaria and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as underwriters.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities, which will be traded on the Electronic Open Market and listed on the Argentinean Stock Exchanges and Markets.
