Marval advised lenders on Cartasur Cards loan
Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal acted for the lenders on a syndicated loan granted for an amount of 163 million Argentinean pesos (equivalent to $9,206,081) to Cartasur Cards.
Cartasur Cards is a company in the consumer loan and credit card business, it was founded in Buenos Aires in 1992.
Banco Mariva was the arranger, administrative agent and lender. Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Banco CMF, Banco Meridian, Banco de San Juan, Banco Voii, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Provincia de Neuquen and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba acted as as lenders
The loan was secured through a security assignment of collection rights of Cartasur Cards, resulting from certain personal loans.
