Marval advised the banks on Medanito refinancing

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal acted for  Itaú Argentina, HSBC Argentina, Citibank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) in a syndicated loan granted to Medanito for approximately $20 million.

Itaú Argentina acted as administrative agent, arranger and lender, while HSBC Bank Argentina, Citibank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) were arrangers and lenders.

Medanito is an Argentinean energy company, based in Buenos Aries. The funds will be used by Medanito to refinance the financial debt owed to those institutions.
