Marval advises on CNHI Capital new issuance of Notes
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has advised CNH Industrial Capital Argentina (CNHI Capital) in its issuance of Class 6 notes, denominated in US dollars, to be subscribed, integrated and payable in Pesos at the applicable exchange rate, with an interest rate of 7.50%, and maturing in February 2026, for a nominal value of USD $53,299,000.
The issue was made on 29 February. The Class 6 Notes are authorised for listing and trading on the Argentine Stock Exchange and the Electronic Open Market, respectively.
The placement of the Notes was carried out by Banco Santander Argentina and Banco Galicia y Buenos Aires, as placement agents and arrangers, and Puente Hnos, Balanz Capital Valores and Banco Patagonia as placement agents. All these entities were advised by Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM).
