Marval assists in issuance of Elebar VII
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the Elebar VII financial trust -under the Elebar Program-, for a total amount of V/N ARS 1,801,179,000.
The issuance was made on September 4, and included trust debt securities class A variable income (VDFA) for V/N ARS 1,542,441,000, trust debt securities class B variable income (VDFB) for V/N ARS 196,241,000 and trust debt securities class C variable income (VDFC) for V/N ARS 62,497,000.
The National Securities Commission authorized the public offering of these trust securities on August 27. They are traded and listed on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets.
The VDFA, VDFB and VDFC have been rated “A1+sf(arg)”, “BBBsf(arg)” and “BBsf(arg)”, respectively, by FIX SCR, rating agent.
Santa Mónica acted as trustee, administrator and collection agent; Banco de Valores acted as trustee, arranger and underwriter; Provincia Bursátil, First Capital Markets, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Banco CMF, as underwriters.
