Marval assists in new issue of Ames trust securities
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the AMES XXIV financial trust, under the framework of the Ames Global Trust Securities Programme, for a total amount of V/N ARS 587,679,986.
The issue took place on 14 June and included Class A Debt Securities (VRDA) for V/N ARS 350,000,000, Class B Debt Securities (VRDB) for V/N ARS 26,000,000 and Participation Certificates for V/N ARS 211,679,986. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as trustee and information agent, TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as trustee, and Banco Mariva acted as arranger and placement agent.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities on 7 June. The trust securities are traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico and listed on the Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos. In addition, the VRDA, VRDB and the Certificados de Participación have been rated by Moody’s Local AR Risk Rating Agent as “AAA.ar(sf)”, “AA.ar (sf)” and “CC.ar (sf)”, respectively.
