Marval assists in Red Mutual 68 trust securities issue
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has legally assisted in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the Red Mutual 68 financial trust for a total amount of V/N ARS 1,035,000,000, under the Red Mutual Global Trust Securities Programme.
The issue was made on 29 June 2023 and included senior variable income trust debt securities for V/N ARS 755,550,000, class B variable income trust debt securities for V/N ARS 124,200,000, and participation certificates for V/N ARS 155,250,000.
Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria acted as trustee and administrator; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) as trustee; Banco Voii, and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización acted as arrangers and underwriters; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Banco Mariva acted as underwriters.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities on 21 June, which will be traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos.
