Marval assists in the issuance of Elebar VI trust securities
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the Elebar VI financial trust -under the Elebar Programme-, for a total amount of V/N ARS $1,368,504,000.
The issue was made on 28 May, and included trust debt securities class A variable income (VDFA) for V/N ARS $1,167,578,000, trust debt securities class B variable income (VDFB) for V/N ARS $151,944,000 and trust debt securities class C variable income (VDFC) for V/N ARS $48,982,000.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities on 21 May. They are traded and listed on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets. Furthermore, the VDFA, VDFB and VDFC have been rated “A1+sf(arg)”, “BBBsf(arg)” and “BBsf(arg)”, respectively, by FIX SCR, rating agent.
Santa Monica acted as trustee, administrator and collection agent; while Banco de Valores acted as trustee, arranger and underwriter; and Provincia Bursátil, First Capital Markets, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, and Banco CMF acted as underwriters.
