Marval counsels on 50% stake acquisition in Marina Río Luján
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has counselled the investor in the acquisition of 50% of the shareholding of Marina Río Luján from GCDI, the latter company being advised by Salaverri Burgio and Wetzler Malbrán.
Marina Río Luján is a company engaged in the Venice Tigre real estate project, which consists of the development of 31 hectares in the Partido de Tigre on the Luján River.
Marval’s team was led by partner Gabriel Matarasso (pictured), together with associates Carolina Fiuza and Juan Pablo Lentino.
