Marval counsels on extension of RED MUTUAL Trust Securities Program
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has counselled on the extension of the RED MUTUAL Global Trust Securities Program for a total amount of up to V/N USD $50,000,000.
This transaction was authorized by the Board of Directors of the National Securities Commission on November 20 and its conditions were lifted by the Financial Trusts Management on November 28.
Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria acted as trustee, while TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as trustee and Banco Voii as arranger.
Marval’s team advised Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria and Banco Voii, through a team led by partner Sergio Tálamo (pictured), assisted by associate Lucía Capdepont. In addition, he acted as legal advisor to TMF Trust Company (Argentina) through a team comprising associates Martín I. Lanús and Juan Francisco Vignati Otamendi.
