Marval counsels on issuance of Unicred trust securities
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has counselled on the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the financial trust “Unicred Factoring Series XIX” for a total amount of up to V/N ARS $730,371,476.
The issue was made on 27 March 2023 under the Global Trust Securities Programme “Fideicomisos Financieros Unicred Asset Backed Securities”, and included class A trust debt securities for V/N ARS 585,392,000 (VDFA), class B trust debt securities for V/N ARS 43,823,000 (VDFB) and certificates of participation for V/N ARS 101,156,476 (CP).
Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Limitada acted as trustee and administrator; TMF Trust Company (Argentina), as trustee; AdCap Securities Argentina, as arranger and underwriter; and Banco Supervielle, Industrial Valores, Allaria Ledesma & Cía. and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, as underwriters.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities, which will be traded on the Electronic Open Market and listed on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets.
