Marval in new Red Mutual trust securities issue
Marval O’Farrel Mairal has acted as legal advisor in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the Red Mutual 72 financial trust, for a total amount of V/N ARS 726,730,000.
The issue was made on 28 June under the Red Mutual Global Trust Securities Programme, and included senior variable income trust debt securities for V/N ARS 508,711,000, class B variable income trust debt securities for V/N ARS 130,811,400 and participation certificates for V/N ARS 87,207,600.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities on 24 June. The trust securities will be traded on the Open Electronic Market and listed on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets.
Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria acted as trustee and administrator; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) as trustee in a non-personal capacity; Banco Voii and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización as arrangers and underwriters; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Banco Mariva acted as underwriters.
