Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised Web.com Group on the acquisition of Dattatec.com. 

Web.com is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida and is a global provider of web services for small and medium-sized businesses. Dattatec.com provides web hosting, cloud servers, dedicated servers, email marketing, and domains services. The company operates under the donweb.com brand and it was founded in 2002. It is based in Rosario, Argentina.
