Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises on AMES XXVI Trust Securities Issuance
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has acted as legal counsel in issuing trust securities for the AMES XXVI financial trust, under the Ames Global Trust Securities Program. The total issuance amount reached V/N ARS $ 1,573,832,794, with the transaction taking place on February 14, 2025.
The issuance comprised Class A Debt Securities (VRDA) for V/N ARS 968,000,000, Class B Debt Securities (VRDB) for V/N ARS 70,000,000, and Participation Certificates for V/N ARS 535,832,794. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria served as the trustee and information agent, while TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as trustee. Banco Mariva took on the role of arranger and underwriter.
On February 7, 2025, the National Securities Commission authorized the public offering of these trust securities. The securities are now traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos.
Moody’s Local AR -Agente de Calificación de Riesgo- provided ratings for the securities, assigning “AAA.ar(sf)” to the VRDA, “AA.ar (sf)” to the VRDB, and “CC.ar (sf)” to the Participation Certificates.
