Marval steers loan for Argentina´s financial company Cordial

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised the lenders on a $25 million syndicated loan granted to Cordial Compañía Financiera. 

The loan will be used by Cordial to refinance liabilities and to finance working capital.

Banco Santander Río acted as administrative agent, arranger and lender while BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Hipotecario, Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba, Banco de La Pampa, Banco de San Juan and Banco Macro acted as lenders.

The banks instructed a team at Marval led by partner Juan M. Diehl Moreno.
