Mattos Filho advise FS Infraestrutura on CRA issuance
Mattos Filho advised FS Infraestrutura (debtor) and economic group companies on the issuance for public distribution with restricted efforts of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) of the single series of the 212th issuance of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio.
The issuance was backed by agribusiness credit rights originated through the issuance of Certificate of Agrobusiness Credit Rights issued by the debtor in favor of the issuer, in the total amount of R$110 million, with Banco Votorantim as lead coordinator.
Mattos Filho represented FS Agrisolutions Indústria de Biocombustíveis, FS Infraestrutura, FS I Indústria Etanol and relied on partner Bruno Mastriani Simões Tuca (pictured), associates Raphael Silva Saraiva and Stephanie Hitomi Fugita.
